The Sunseeker can be built on a concrete or timber floor with a matching patio or deck area. IDEAL buildings come with genuine NZ Steel Colorsteel cladding and roofing with your choice of verandah and aliminum joinery.

The standard external cladding is Superclad Hidden Nail Colorsteel weatherboard, however, alternative options are available. For the roof...Metdek or Corrugate profile Colorsteel.
